National Socialism (German: Nationalsozialismus), which is commonly know by no other name than Nazism is the ideology and practice associated with the 20th-century German Nazi Party and the Nazi state. Usually characterized as the Far Right, it is a form of fascism that incorporates racism and anti-Semitism, Nazism developed out of the German nationalist movement, and the anti-communist paramilitary groups that emerged after Germany’s defeat in World War I.
Nazism subscribed to theories of racial hierarchy and Social Darwinism. Germanic peoples (the Nordic Race) were depicted as the purest of the Aryan race, and were therefore the master race. Opposed to capitalism and communism, it aimed to overcome social divisions, seeking national unity. Nazism also pursued what it viewed as historically German territory as well as additional lands for expansion.

The term “National Socialism” was an attempt to redefine Marxist socialism and capitalism. The Nazis sought to achieve this by a “people’s community” the aim of uniting all Germans as national comrades, whilst excluding those deemed to be aliens. It rejected. the Marxist concept of class struggle; opposed ideas of class equality and international solidarity, and sought to defend private property and businesses. The Nazi Party was founded as the German Workers’ Party on January 5th,1919. By the early 1920s, Hitler had renamed it the National Socialist German Workers’ Party to broaden its appeal. They called for a united Greater Germany that would deny citizenship to Jews. Anti-semitism and anti-communism was the centre of their political philosophy.
In 1933, Hitler became Chancellor of Germany and the Nazis gradually established a one-party state, under which Jews, political opponents and other “undesirables” were marginalized, with several millions eventually imprisoned and killed.
Today the majority of scholars identify Nazism in practice as a form of far-right politics which advocates that superior people have a right to dominate over other people and purge society of supposed inferior elements, a white supremacist ideology in which many supporters deliberately adopt the symbols of Nazi Germany.
Rise Up Australia Party is totally opposed to any form of discrimination including, white, black or faith based religious supremacy, Semitism, Gender selection and or Nazism, just to mention a few.
We consider the practise of Nazism in particular, having the fundamental view of superiority in where a single people group of the Aryan ethnicity should have the right to practice ethnic cleansing a crime against humanity and, a crime against the Australian people.
We would introduce laws which would prohibit the practice of Nazism Nationally, based on the Ideology, practices and belief system of the social order.
We would consider the practice of such an Ideology a threat to human life and the well being of our society, a public risk that is not acceptable
The practice of Nazism would be a criminal offence in this country and would incur:

Note: Expressions of support for Nazi ideas were prohibited in Germany and other European countries following Germany’s defeat in World War II. Nonetheless, movements that self-identify as National Socialists continue to exist on the fringes of politics in many western societies
