Special Prayer Vigil

FlowersDear friends,

We invite all peace loving Australians to join us for a special Prayer Vigil from 1pm to 2pm on 21st Dec 2014 just outside the Lindt chocolate outlet at 271 Collins St. Melbourne.

Let us unite as a Nation to commemorate the sad loss of 2 young Aussies, Katrina Dawson & Tori Johnson,  who were first held hostage with around 15 others and then died when Monday’s crisis came to an end. We will offer prayers of comfort and peace for their families, and friends, in their time of grief. We will also offer prayers for all hostages who went through this terrible 17 hour ordeal.

You are most welcome to express your grief and sadness by bringing flowers to be placed at the site.  Please ask everyone you know to come there.

We look forward to seeing you there. This is the least we can do to show our love and compassion  to those who went through this most horrific hostage crisis. We also wish to send a firm message to all Islamist fundamentalists. They must understand that their terror campaign will not stop us Aussies but rather make us even more resilient.

Please note that there will be a 60 seater bus leaving 30 Star Cres Hallam at 11.45am and returning at 3pm. If you want a seat on the bus call 97031620 and speak to Elizabeth or Angelene to book your seat.

My Thoughts and Prayers are with you all.
